Clients authorize the release of medical information for billing purposes and direct payment of benefits to APS, accepting responsibility for any remaining charges if insurance denies coverage. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in the account being sent to collections, with clients bearing the costs of collection efforts, including legal fees and interest.
